Amlon Industrial Resources | Baytown, Texas

Amlon Industrial Resources is the field services arm of The Amlon Group, built to serve refineries, chemical plants, pipeline operators, terminal operators, and industrial manufacturers.

Based in Baytown, Texas, we manage every facet of industrial waste for our customers: field sampling and waste characterization, manifest preparation, equipment rental, transportation, industrial cleaning, turnaround and outage support, and regulatory compliance guidance.

From routine shutdowns to urgent response situations, Amlon Industrial Resources gives you a single, accountable partner, one with the resources, permits, and expertise to manage your event-based work from first call through final documentation.

What We Do

Waste Characterization, Profiling & Manifesting

Before waste moves, it has to be understood. Amlon Industrial Resources provides the field expertise to characterize, classify, profile, and document your waste streams,  handling the technical and administrative work that industrial customers deal with every project.

Our team’s knowledge of RCRA, DOT, Federal EPA, and state waste regulations means your waste profile is accurate, your manifests are compliant, and your documentation holds up, the first time.

Turnaround & Outage Support

Planned shutdowns and turnarounds generate concentrated waste volumes in compressed timeframes. Delays are expensive. Amlon Industrial Resources fields experienced project managers and operations staff who know how to coordinate waste removal during scheduled events, keeping your turnaround on schedule and your facility returning to operating conditions as fast as possible.

We handle waste coordination, equipment staging, sampling, manifest preparation, transportation logistics, and documentation so your team stays focused on the mechanical work.

Transportation

Amlon Industrial Resources provides transportation for both liquid and solid waste materials, combining owned equipment with a managed network of vetted carriers. Whether you need a single drum moved across town or a full truckload dispatched across the region, we handle the coordination.

Carrier Network Capabilities

Equipment Rental

We maintain a rental fleet built for the real demands of industrial turnarounds, spill response, plant maintenance, and routine waste management. Every piece of equipment is inspected and tested between rentals. Delivery, setup, pickup, and waste disposal coordination are included as a complete service.

All rental equipment is fully mobile and handled by trained operators. Roll-off boxes and tanks are tested between rentals to ensure leak-free, watertight performance.

Vacuum Truck & Industrial Equipment Cleaning

Industrial equipment that handles waste needs regular, thorough cleaning to stay in service and stay compliant. Amlon Industrial Resources provides professional cleaning services for a full range of industrial equipment, with a focus on fast turnaround and minimal operational disruption.

We treat documentation speed as part of the job. Getting your equipment back in service is the goal every time.

Regulatory Compliance Guidance

Amlon Industrial Resources draws on Amlon’s deep regulatory knowledge to guide customers through compliance from the first sample through final disposition.

We know where HSM exclusions apply, how VRE and TBE materials are properly managed, and what it takes to build a documentation trail that holds up under scrutiny. Compliance, done right, becomes a competitive advantage.
