Amlon

Certified by the People Who Work Here

In September 2026, The Amlon Group was certified as a Great Place to Work for the second year in a row. This certification comes from a confidential survey of our own employees, and the results reflect what they said about working here.

Two themes stood out from the results. Employees reported being able to take time off when they need it. They also reported feeling welcome when they joined. Those sound like small things. They are also the things that determine whether someone stays.

The certification arrived during a period of significant growth. We closed 2025 with approximately 187 employees. Amlon now has more than 300. Adding that many people can pull a culture apart. Our teams absorbed the growth and held the standard.

Our values explain why. STRIVE stands for Safety, Transparency, Responsibility, Ingenuity, Value, and Expertise. Value means investing in the well-being of employees, customers, and communities. Safety means the safest working environment every day, for everyone. Our Longview facility was named a Texas Mutual Platinum Safety Award recipient, one of 200 selected from more than 76,000 policyholders statewide.

Investment in our people takes practical forms. We fund tuition reimbursement and professional development. We run annual engagement surveys and act on what comes back. We host interns and give them real exposure to plant and warehouse operations rather than a semester of filing or coffee runs.

We also make room for the parts of day-to-day life that have nothing to do with work. Teams gathered across facilities and state lines throughout July. Bowling nights, go-karting, and a Kona Ice truck that visited every Amlon location gave people a reason to step away from the job and spend time with colleagues from other teams.

That same spirit shows up outside our gates. Amlon employees have volunteered with Dallas LIFE, supported Project Joy and Hope, and sponsored local youth cheer and baseball teams.

If that sounds like a place you want to work, our open roles are here.
