Account Manager

Brian specializes in delivering top-tier medical waste disposal services supported by advanced thermal pyrolysis. As an Account Manager, he focuses on developing strong client relationships, understanding each customer’s operational needs, and providing tailored solutions for the secure destruction of medical waste, APHIS waste, property, and evidence. Brian works closely with Amlon’s state-of-the-art thermal pyrolysis technology, which enables complete material breakdown and supports safe, environmentally responsible processing. He is committed to customer satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and flexible scheduling options, including priority witness burns. Through his work, Brian helps The Amlon Group apply advanced technologies and forward-thinking practices to strengthen sustainability and expand service capabilities—reinforcing the organization’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Andrew Fishbone

Account Executive

Andrew Fishbone is an executive with 16 years of expertise in waste-to-value and catalyst reclamation who currently spearheads outbound sales efforts. As the founder of Music City Group, LLC—which he successfully sold to Amlon in June 2023—Andrew has demonstrated exceptional business acumen and leadership capabilities. His professional journey includes significant roles at Palm International and International Metals and Chemicals Group, where he honed his skills in sales, commercial negotiation, and operational improvement.

A graduate of Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, Andrew expertly manages key accounts in the waste-to-value sector while maintaining a balanced lifestyle that includes his passions for golf and ice hockey.

Steve Rieves

Business Development

Steve Rieves is a business development executive with over 45 years of experience in industrial services, process, and mechanical turnarounds. Steve specializes in establishing strong customer relationships across the Gulf Coast, national, and international markets. His career includes leadership roles at Stronghold, Zachry/JVIC, CHR, KBR, and a decade as VP/owner at Catalyst Process Inc. Steve's expertise spans oil and gas, catalyst management, and petrochemical and refinery services with particular strength in margin control and operational efficiency. Steve studied Business Administration and Management at San Jacinto College with additional training through the American Management Association.
