The Amlon Group offers refineries access to the largest thermal desorption and separation plant in the USA. Focused solely on treating refinery materials, our services are designed to help your plant increase its sustainability by diverting your oil bearing materials from landfills to our plant, where they will be treated using our compliant, clean and efficient reclamation processes.
Our goal is total transparency from the day your materials arrive at our plant until the moment the material is recycled and shipped for reuse. Once The Amlon Group begins managing the material, it uses dewatering and indirect thermal desorption processes to separate oil bearing material into treated water, clean oil and solids.
The The Amlon Group plant is located on a 28-acre site which includes a 36,000 square ft custom designed material handling building, our liquid, and solids processing units, and finished product storage.
The Amlon Group recovers oil and oil bearing materials that were historically disposed of, and turns them into renewable energy and non-hazardous materials. In order to provide the most sustainable and comprehensive treatment of oil bearing materials,
The Amlon Group employs a proprietary approach to treat all areas of your materials:
Our process allows us to recycle reusable solids with zero incineration, leveraging our indirect thermal desorption technology. We also recover metals throughout our process.
We safely treat all water utilized or separated in our process.
Our technology separates and dewaters the oil within the materials, allowing us to reclaim oil and catalyst more efficiently and effectively than any other methodology.
The Amlon Group is a game changer of innovative sustainability in the oil refining industry.
We’re proud to be fully permitted at all levels to accept recyclable oil bearing materials in a compliant, clean and efficient manner. What The Amlon Group’s facility is capable of is unlike anything else in the region.
Re claiming oil and catalyst more efficiently and effectively than any other methodology, treating solid materials with zero incineration, and recycling these materials in innovative and sustainable ways.
The Amlon Group uses a wide variety and range of equipment, including indirect Thermal Desorption Units (TDU) and decanter centrifuges to separate oil bearing material into treated water, reclaimable assets and solids (including metals).
The Amlon Group’s operations have been audited and inspected. We take pride in a rigorous protocol that is in full compliance with local, state and federal regulatory standards. The Amlon Group has a comprehensive emergency management plan and are committed to keeping safety as our number one priority.
